/ Shelved Projects

When you're a visual development artist, it's not uncommon to work on projects that will never see the light of day. Studios are always developing several shows at once, and the reality is that only a fraction of them will go the distance. I try not to get too disappointed when projects go south...it's all part of the job. The way I look at it, I still get good portfolio pieces out of the deal. That said, out of respect for the fact that they COULD come back, I generally wait several years, before sharing my work on these shows. I also don't talk about the stories or the concepts. But I at least hope you enjoy the artwork...because this is probably the only place you'll ever see it. Anyway, here's a selection of work from some of the projects I've worked on that won't be gracing the silver screen.
